Candidates can check the steps given below to download the NEET response sheet 2025.
Go to the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.
Click on the download link of the NEET response sheet 2025.
Enter login credentials such as NEET application number and password
Click on the ‘View/challenge OMR sheet’ tab.
Click on the ‘View/Challenge OMR answer sheet’ to check the scanned image
Save and download the NEET OMR answer sheet for future reference.
The NTA NEET omr sheet 2025 can be challenged by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question. The NEET OMR challenge sheet window is provided by NTA on the official website. Candidates wishing to challenge the NEET recorded responses can check the steps below.
Visit the official website, neet.nta.nic.in
Login using the NEET credentials such as application number, date of birth and security pin
Click on the ‘OMR challenge’ option available
All the questions will be displayed in sequential order
Choose the questions you want to challenge from the recorded response.
Once selected, three options under the column ‘Candidate’s Claim’ will appear
Similarly, candidates can challenge other questions provided in the NEET response sheet download PDF.
After clicking the desired option, click on the ‘submit’ tab provided below.
Review the selected questions on the preview page.
Click on the submit and candidates will be redirected to pay the processing fee.
Pay the fee of Rs. 200 for each question challenged
After successful payment, take a printout of the OMR challenge receipt for future reference.
