    On Monday, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu claimed the NEET paper leak had “crushed the dreams of millions of students” and the BJP brought disaster to the students' future. He said that the campaign ‘Chhatron Kee Goonj' of the Youth Congress will be kicked off in Shimla, and awareness drives and protest activities will be conducted in different parts of the state to raise public awareness about the issues of the students, including the NEET paper leak. Sukhu also attacked the Agnipath scheme, stating that it had dampened the interest of young people in the Army in Himachal Pradesh, while his government was working to ensure that the recruitment process was transparent by going through the Rajya Chayan Aayog. Minutes of silence were observed for 21 children who are said to have died as a result of the NEET paper leak.
