Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category can now check the qualifying cutoff marks and percentile required to participate in the NEET UG counselling process. The Re NEET 2026 ST cutoff is 212–177, which determines eligibility for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and other undergraduate medical courses.

The qualifying cutoff makes candidates eligible for counselling; however, admission depends on the final closing rank and seat availability during the counselling round.

Based on previous years' trends and expert analysis, ST category candidates scoring between 380 and 430 marks in NEET 2026 may have a reasonable chance of securing admission to government medical colleges through state quota counselling. Candidates targeting top government medical colleges may require scores above 470 marks. However, the final cutoff will vary depending on the difficulty level of the exam, the number of qualified candidates, and seat availability.
Candidates who have qualified for the Re NEET 2026 ST cutoff can participate in the counselling process conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and respective state authorities. Aspirants should keep their scorecards, admit cards, ST certificates, academic documents, and identity proof for the upcoming counselling rounds. Participating in both NEET counselling for All India Quota and state quota can improve the chances of securing admission to government medical college.
