If two or more candidates secure the same marks in the entrance exam, the authority applies the following NEET PG tie-breaking criteria to decide the merit position.
Candidates with a higher number of correct responses will be placed higher.
If the tie remains, candidates with a lesser number of incorrect responses secures higher position.
If the tie persists, older candidates will be placed higher.
As a final criteria, a candidate who secures higher aggregate marks in MBBS professional exams is ranked higher.

Yes, you are eligible. After completing Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Pathology, you can appear again for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate if you have a valid MBBS degree and registration with the National Medical Commission.
