The gender-wise data from Re NEET 2026 result statistics shows that female candidates performed better than male candidates. The registered number of female candidates is also higher than that of male candidates. The table below shows the total number of candidates in Re NEET 2026 registered, appeared, and qualified, including both male and female candidates. The data indicated that out of every 100 girls who appeared for the exam, nearly 57 qualified. In comparison, about 55 out of every 100 boys cleared the examination.

Similarly, in NEET 2025, 56.80% of female candidates qualified, compared to 54.54% of male candidates. This shows that girls maintained their qualification rate at around 56.8% across both years, whereas the qualification rate for boys declined from 55.10% in 2025 to 54.54% in Re-NEET 2026.
