The response sheet of NEET UG exam is released as scanned copies. Candidates can check the steps to download NEET response sheet 2026 below.
Go to the NEET official website.
On the homepage, click on ‘Recorded Responses for NEET (UG) 2026’.
Enter NEET 2026 application number, password and security PIN.
The NEET 2026 response sheet appears on the screen.
Download the response sheet and check the answers from the NEET 2026 provisional answer key.
In case candidates find any discrepancy in the NEET 2026 OMR sheet, candidates can challenge the same within the specified dates. Candidates must note that for every response challenged, they have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200.

Login using NEET 2026 application number and password.
Click on the ‘OMR Challenge’ option.
Choose the question(s) you wish to challenge in the response sheet.
Submit the supporting representations against the NEET 2026 response sheet.
Pay the NEET response sheet challenge fee.
After reviewing all details, submit the objection form.

After the NEET response sheet objection window is closed, authority reviews all the submitted challenges. If a challenge is found valid, the OMR sheet is checked again and uploaded on the official website.
