The Re NEET 2026 percentile gets influenced by several factors. Since the percentile is calculated based on the relative performance of all candidates. It can vary even if the marks remain the same across the different years. The factors affecting Re NEET percentile 2026 are:
NEET difficulty level: The percentile gets affected by the difficulty level of the question paper. A tougher paper results in low average scores while an easier paper leads to higher scores.
Total number of candidates appeared for the exam: If more number of candidates appear for the NEET exam in a particular year, the percentile calculation becomes more competitive.

As the Re NEET result 2026 has been announced, qualified candidates are eligible to participate in the counselling process. The NEET counselling for 15% AIQ seats is conducted by the MCC whereas respective state authorities conduct counselling for 85% state quota seats. Candidates have to register and fill and lock their preferences within specified dates. The seat allotment is done based on the NEET rank, choices filled, availability of seats and reservation rules. Candidates who are granted seats in NEET counselling 2026, have to report at the allotted institute for document verification and admission process.
