    The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh will release the UP NEET Rank List 2026 at the official website upneet.gov.in for candidates eligible for the 85% state quota counselling. Only candidates whose names appear in the UP NEET merit list are eligible to participate in the choice filling process and secure admission through UP NEET Counselling 2026. The UP NEET 2026 Rank List includes the candidate's state merit rank along with their NEET All India Rank (AIR). Once released, a direct link to download the UP NEET Rank List 2026 PDF will be provided here.

    What After UP NEET 2026 State Rank List?

    After the release of the UP NEET 2026 State Rank List, eligible candidates can participate in the 85% state quota counselling conducted by the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh. Only candidates included in the state merit list are eligible to fill their preferred colleges and courses. The admission process after the release of the UP NEET Rank List is as follows:

    • Choice Filling: Eligible candidates must log in to the counselling portal and submit their preferred colleges and courses.

    • Choice Locking: Review all selected preferences carefully and lock the choices before the deadline. Unlocked choices may be auto-locked according to the counselling guidelines.

    • Seat Allotment Result: Seats are allotted based on the candidate's state merit rank, NEET AIR, category, reservation, preferences, and seat availability.

    • Download Allotment Letter: Candidates allotted a seat must download the provisional allotment letter from the counselling portal.

    • Document Verification: Report to the allotted college or designated verification centre with all the required original documents.

    • Admission Confirmation: Pay the prescribed admission fee and complete the reporting process to confirm the allotted seat.

    • Further Counselling Rounds: Candidates who are not allotted a seat or wish to participate for an upgrade can take part in subsequent counselling rounds, subject to eligibility and the counselling schedule.

    With 208 marks in Re-Neet it is unlikely that you will get a government seat in MBBS or in BAMS. Scores for government seats generally go upto 500 to 600. Admission also depends on the category type and state quota.

    With 315 marks in Re-Neet as an OBC candidate, it is highly unlikely that you get a BDS seat. However, you do have chance of securing a seat in a private college through the management quota.
