NEET eligibility criteria
Nationality: Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), and foreign nationals are eligible.
Age limit: The candidate must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year. There is no upper age limit for NEET (as per the latest guidelines).
Educational qualification: Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognized board. General category candidates must secure at least 50% marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the minimum required percentage is 40%. PwD candidates require 45% in PCB.
