Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery [BAMS] is a course that teaches undergraduate students about modern medicine and old traditional Ayurveda. Ayurveda is an old system of medicine and was originated in India approximately 3,000 years ago to prevent illness through herbal remedies.
The BAMS is an undergraduate programme therefore, the candidates need to pass their class 12th with basic science subjects ( Physics, Chemistry, and Biology).
