Admission to the list of dental colleges in Chennai is given based on the scores obtained by the student in the respective entrance exam. For NEET UG admissions, the counselling is conducted by state authorities for 85% state quota seats and by MCC for 15% All India Quota seats. • Candidates also must possess a provisional or permanent registration certification issued by DCI or State Dental Council (SDC).

• Dental graduates must also have completed or are likely to complete the 12-month rotatory internship.
