Hi! If you have scored 203 marks in NEET and you belong to the general category, then honestly It is not possible for you to get government college. The cut-off for general category is usually much higher than what you have scored.You still have other options like you can try private medical colleges but they are very expensive.You can also try for BDS or other medical related courses.
