To complete the NEET application process, eligible candidates must upload the list of NEET documents required. The NEET 2026 photo requirements should be in the correct size and format as specified by the NTA in the information brochure 2026. Passport Photograph
Latest photograph taken on or after January 1, 2026.
A photograph can be 80% face coverage, ears visible, on a white background
No caps or goggles allowed
Signature
The signature must be running letters
Do not use capital letters in it.
Sign with black pen on white paper
Left-hand thumb impression
A right thumb impression can be used in case of left thumb impression being unavailable
Use black ink pad only
Ensure the ridges of the figureprints are visible
Class 10 passing certificate
Candidates must scan class 10 pass certificate
The details mentioned in the passing certificate must be clearly visible
Category certificate
Reserved category candidates must upload the category certificates in the specified format.
A declaration form must be submitted in case the certificate is not available.

Visit the NEET official website, neet.nta.nic.in
Login into the portal by using NEET 2026 login ID and password
In the ‘documents to be uploaded’ section, upload the required documents
Click on the submit button
The following documents will be required on the exam day.
Printout of NEET admit card
A passport-size photograph
A valid ID proof
PwD certificate (if applicable)
NEET admit card undertaking a self-declaration form

With 208 marks in Re-Neet it is unlikely that you will get a government seat in MBBS or in BAMS. Scores for government seats generally go upto 500 to 600. Admission also depends on the category type and state quota.
For BAMs seats in government colleges, cut off

With 315 marks in Re-Neet as an OBC candidate, it is highly unlikely that you get a BDS seat. However, you do have chance of securing a seat in a private college through the management quota.
