    The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a crucial update for NEET UG 2025 aspirants regarding the NEET Aadhaar authentication. Candidates who did not provide their Aadhaar number during registration must needed to complete the NTA NEET Aadhaar authentication process by April 30, 2025, at 11:50 PM. Earlier, the NTA has stated that NTA Aadhaar authentication is not mandatory for NEET 2025. However, just a week before the NEET exam day, this email from NTA regarding the Aadhaar authentication for NEET 2025 has created a sense of uncertainty.     NEET Aadhaar authentication Link

    The NTA initiated an Aadhaar authentication process for NEET UG 2025 applicants who completed their NEET registration using alternative identification documents such as Voter ID or PAN card. These students have received an email from the NTA containing a NEET Aadhaar authentication link. The NTA NEET Aadhaar authentication mail reads:

    “Dear candidate, please check your email regarding LINK to update your authentication mode to Aadhaar for NEET (UG) 2025. Last date: 30 April 2025, 11:50 pm. NTA. (sent via nicsi).”

    Many students have reported difficulties during the process of Aadhaar authentication for NEET 2025. The two primary issues which candidates are facing during Aadhaar card authentication for NEET 2025 are:

    1. Non-receipt of Aadhaar authentication link
