The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a crucial update for NEET UG 2025 aspirants regarding the NEET Aadhaar authentication. Candidates who did not provide their Aadhaar number during registration must needed to complete the NTA NEET Aadhaar authentication process by April 30, 2025, at 11:50 PM. Earlier, the NTA has stated that NTA Aadhaar authentication is not mandatory for NEET 2025. The NTA initiated an Aadhaar authentication process for NEET UG 2025 applicants who completed their NEET registration using alternative identification documents such as Voter ID or PAN card. These students have received an email from the NTA containing a NEET Aadhaar authentication link. The NTA NEET Aadhaar authentication mail reads:
“Dear candidate, please check your email regarding LINK to update your authentication mode to Aadhaar for NEET (UG) 2025. Last date: 30 April 2025, 11:50 pm. NTA. (sent via nicsi).”

Several students have not received the NEET Aadhaar authentication link in their registered email, and with the deadline being April 30, this is causing anxiety for them. Such students who have used an ID card other than Aadhaar while filling the NEET application form 2025 are advised to check their spam or junk folder.
2. Aadhaar authentication NEET 2025 failure
Many students who have received the NEET 2025 aadhaar authentication link email are unable to complete their authentication process. This failure in NEET Aadhaar authentication link online is occurring due to discrepancies between the details provided in the NEET application and those in the Aadhaar database, such as mismatched names or dates of birth.

Medical Courses After 12th Without NEET
Hello,
Students can choose medical-related courses such as B.Sc. Nursing, BPT, B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology, Radiology, Operation Theatre Technology, and Dialysis Technology after completing their 12th grade without taking the NEET. The duration of these courses is three to four years. Private college fees can reach Rs2,00,000 annually, while government college fees range from Rs30,000 to Rs70,000. There may be additional expenses for things like exam fees and lodging. Jobs in clinics, labs, and hospitals are available through these programs. Those without a NEET score who are interested in healthcare can use them. Science courses in the 12th grade and strong academic standing are typically prerequisites for admission.

As per your mentioned query, yes you can start your NEET preparation. NEET syllabus comprises of both class 11th and 12th syllabus. So you can start with basics of your class 12th. Many students also take coaching for exam and some of them start their own.

If you have one back paper in 12th, your eligibility to participate in NEET counseling rounds (including mop-up rounds) depends on the rules of the specific state or counseling authority.
Generally:
You must have cleared all 12th subjects (no backlogs) to participate in the main NEET counseling.
If you still have a back in one subject and haven’t cleared it yet, you are usually not eligible for counseling.
In some states, you can participate in the mop-up round only if you have cleared your back and have a passing result before the counseling starts.
So, you can take part in all NEET counseling rounds only after your back paper is cleared and you have passed 12th.
