The unofficial answer key and solution will also be helpful in the review of official answer key. The candidates can challenge the answers released by CBSE. The challenge for each answer will be accepted after the payment of INR 1,000. The candidates can also challenge the responses given in OMR sheet by submitting the same amount. The amount charged will be refunded if in case the challenges made by the candidates are accepted by CBSE. Accordingly, marks will be provided to the candidates.

NEET Question Paper 2018

There were 16 sets of NEET 2018 question paper and each will soon be made available here. The candidates will have an option of choosing the question paper in different language modes. If the candidates opt for any particular regional language or Hindi then the mode of the question paper will be the language chosen and English. The available mode of language will be English, Hindi, Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Tamil, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Telugu and Kannada. The candidates have to choose the language at the time of filling NEET application form 2018.

The question paper contained 180 question each carrying 4 marks which will make a total of 720 marks. There were 45 questions from Physics and Chemistry section whereas 90 questions will be asked from Biology section alone. There will be negative marking in the examination, therefore, 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.


How to calculate NEET score 2018?

NEET answer key 2018 Physics, Chemistry and Biology will help candidates in calculating the approximate marks scored in NEET 2018. To calculate the marks, aspirants are required to go through the following steps-

  • As per the official answer sheet released by CBSE, the candidates can cross-check the responses with the unofficial answer keys published by coaching institutes along with the solutions.

  • It is advised to first check the code of the question and the answer key given whether they are same or not. The candidates should also take note of the language mode of the NEET question paper 2018.

  • After comparing, calculate the number of correct and incorrect responses. The candidates must note that the answers are marked properly if not then they will be considered as unanswered. The image given below shows the wrong and correct way of answering the question.

NEET Result 2018

On the basis of marks scored by the candidates, NEET result 2018 will be declared by June 5, 2018. The result will be released in form of the scorecard which will provide candidates’ score and whether they have qualified the exam or not. The scorecard will also give information about the marks scored by the candidates in each section.


NEET Cutoff 2018

The cutoff marks are the minimum marks required to qualify NEET 2018. The cutoff marks will be released along with the scorecards. However, the authorities have released the cut off percentile to qualify NEET 2018 and the same can be checked here. Candidates securing the minimum qualifying percentile will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
