To be eligible for the exam, candidates need to fulfil the following NEET PG eligibility criteria -
Candidates must possess an MBBS degree or a provisional MBBS pass certificate from an institution recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the erstwhile Medical Council of India (MCI). Foreign medical graduates (FMGs) must hold a degree recognised by the NMC.
Applicants must have completed a one-year compulsory rotating internship by the deadline set by the NBEMS.
Candidates must hold a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by the NMC, MCI, or a State Medical Council (SMC). For FMGs, a valid registration in India is required, along with permanent or provisional registration from their home country if applicable
FMGs must have qualified the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) conducted by NBEMS. They also need to complete the one-year internship and obtain valid registration in India.
