Soon after the declaration of the NEET UG 2025 result on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in, students are reporting several types of errors, including:
Server Unavailability: One of the most common issues is the website not loading or taking an unusually long time to respond. Many users are getting an error of "504 Gateway Timeout" or "503 Service Unavailable" errors.
Login Issues: Even if the NEET 2025 official website is loading, candidates are unable to log in using their application number and date of birth. Some candidates are receiving messages like “Invalid Credentials” despite entering correct information.
Blank Scorecards: A few students who managed to access the portal encountered blank scorecards or partially loaded result pages, further adding to their anxiety. The NEET scorecard 2025 is either black or is getting only half-loaded.
Captcha Not Loading: The captcha image, which is required to proceed to the login page, is failing to load for many users. Due to this, candidates are left with entering their NEET application number and password, and are not able to complete the login process due to the captcha problem.
Must Check: NEET College Predictor 2025
While the NTA has not released an official statement regarding the various errors in checking the NEET 2025 result, some of the possible reasons behind this failure in checking the result can be as follows:
With lakhs of students trying to access the results at the same time, the NTA NEET server is likely overloaded. This surge in traffic can be a primary cause of the temporary slowdown of the neet.nta.nic.in portal.
Slow internet speed can also lead to this error in downloading the NEET UG result 2025
This error in NEET result download can also be because of ad blockers or extensions in the browser
