Re-NEET 2026 Dates

Why Is NEET 2026 Cancelled?

The Government of India has also decided to hand over the matter to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for a comprehensive inquiry. The NTA said it will fully cooperate with the investigation and provide all records, materials, and assistance required by the agency.

The CBI probe is expected to investigate the allegations related to the NEET guess paper 2026 claims, possible paper leak networks, and other reported irregularities associated with the examination.

No Fresh Registration Required for Re-NEET 2026

The NTA has said that students will not need to register again for the re-NEET 2026 exam. The registration details and exam centres selected earlier will remain the same, and candidates will not have to submit a new application form. The agency also confirmed that no extra examination fee will be charged for the fresh exam. In addition, the fees already paid by students will be refunded, while the re-examination will be conducted using NTA’s own resources.
