    The Telangana NEET Counselling 2026 is expected to become slightly favourable for many MBBS aspirants. As per the analysis of Telangana NEET rank list 2026, the number of qualified NEET candidates for 85% state quota counselling has declined compared to the last year. On the other hand, there is an increase in MBBS seats in Telangana in 2026 compared to 2025. This combination can improve the MBBS admission chances for eligible candidates during the Telangana NEET counselling process.

    Candidates who have registered for NEET UG counselling 2026 can log in to the MCC counselling portal using their NEET UG roll number, password, and the security pin (CAPTCHA) displayed on the screen.     Telangana NEET Counselling 2026: 2025 vs 2026 Seat Analysis

    According to the Telangana NEET seat matrix 2026, there is an increase of 810 MBBS seats in 2026. Most of the increase has come from private medical colleges, while government colleges have also seen a slight rise in MBBS seat intake. At the same time, the number of qualified NEET candidates has reduced by over 3,500.

With fewer qualified candidates and more MBBS seats, students have a good chance in Telangana MBBS admission.
