Ophthalmology is a medical branch that includes various levels of programmes like the B.Optom for undergraduate, MS ophthalmology for postgraduate students, and diploma courses. The duration for the B.Optom course is four years. Candidates must pass class 10+2 with 50% marks to get admission into the top Ophthalmology colleges in India. The postgraduate candidates are eligible for admission into top Ophthalmology colleges when they pass the NEET PG exam.
