    BHU MBBS ranking list: Tie-breaker

    The authority has set up four methods for determining eligibility in case of conflict between two or more candidates. These four tiebreakers are shown in the following table.

    Tie-Breaking methods

    • Tiebreaker 1: Candidates with more marks in Biology will be given preference.

    • Tiebreaker 2: If there is still a tie, the aspirant who scored more marks in Chemistry will be given preference.

    • Tie breaker 3: In the unlikely event that the tie persists, then aspirants with a higher DOB will be given preference.

    • Tiebreaker 4: If none of the above three methods work, then the aspirant who has attempted the fewest wrong answers in NEET exam 2026 will be given preference.
