NEET cutoff percentile scores are required for aspirants to be included in the BHU MBBS merit list 2026. Those included on the list will be called for BHU MBBS counselling. In the table below, candidates can see the previous year's minimum NEET cutoff percentile.

The authority has set up four methods for determining eligibility in case of conflict between two or more candidates. These four tiebreakers are shown in the following table.
Tie-Breaking methods
Tiebreaker 1: Candidates with more marks in Biology will be given preference.
Tiebreaker 2: If there is still a tie, the aspirant who scored more marks in Chemistry will be given preference.
Tie breaker 3: In the unlikely event that the tie persists, then aspirants with a higher DOB will be given preference.
Tiebreaker 4: If none of the above three methods work, then the aspirant who has attempted the fewest wrong answers in NEET exam 2026 will be given preference.
