What If There Is Discrepancy In Re NEET Admit Card?

If there is any discrepancy in the candidate’s details, photograph, or signature on the Re NEET 2026 admit card, the candidate should immediately contact the NTA helpline between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. In the meantime, the candidate can still appear for the examination using the already downloaded admit card. The National Testing Agency will take the necessary steps to correct the records afterward.

What After Downloading Re NEET 2026 Admit Card?

Once the admit card of NEET 2026 is downloaded, candidates are required to do these things to avoid any issues on the exam day.

• Affix Photograph: Paste a passport and postcard-size photograph in the space in the NEET 2026 admit card. The passport and postcard size photo for NEET 2026 admit card should be the same as the one used in the application form.

• Parent’s Signature: Get your parent’s signature in the specified box before reaching the NEET 2026 exam centre.

• Candidate’s Signature: Do not sign your signature in advance in the admit card of NEET UG 2026. Sign only in the presence of the invigilator at the exam hall.

• Valid photo ID proof (original only): Bring a government-issued ID matching your admit card details such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License.
