In case any candidate is facing a problem while downloading the admit card of Re NEET UG 2026, they can contact the NTA helpline. Students can approach the helpline between 10:00 AM to 05.00 PM or write an email to NTA at neetug2026@nta.ac.in.

If there is any discrepancy in the candidate’s details, photograph, or signature on the Re NEET 2026 admit card, the candidate should immediately contact the NTA helpline between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. In the meantime, the candidate can still appear for the examination using the already downloaded admit card. The National Testing Agency will take the necessary steps to correct the records afterward.
Once the admit card of NEET 2026 is downloaded, candidates are required to do these things to avoid any issues on the exam day.
Affix Photograph: Paste a passport and postcard-size photograph in the space in the NEET 2026 admit card. The passport and postcard size photo for NEET 2026 admit card should be the same as the one used in the application form.
Parent’s Signature: Get your parent’s signature in the specified box before reaching the NEET 2026 exam centre.
Candidate’s Signature: Do not sign your signature in advance in the admit card of NEET UG 2026. Sign only in the presence of the invigilator at the exam hall.
During the exam day on May 3, 2026, students should bring these documents at their respective exam centres.
NEET 2026 admit card: Carry a coloured printout of downloaded NEET 2026 admit card on A4 paper with the self-declaration (undertaking) section duly filled.
Valid photo ID proof (original only): Bring a government-issued ID matching your admit card details such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License.
Passport-size photographs: Carry 2 - 3 extra passport size photos similar to the one uploaded in the NEET 2026 application form for the attendance sheet.
Postcard-size photograph (4”×6”): Carry one color postcard size photograph with a white background, pasted on the proforma downloaded along with the admit card of NEET 2026
PwD certificate: If applicable, carry the original PwD certificate issued by a competent authority.
