Go to the official website of NTA, nta.ac.in
Click on the “Downloads” button at the top
Select the year and exam and click on the search button
The previous year NEET question paper pdf free download will be available in all the 13 languages
Select the desired NEET question paper code and click on download button
The NEET question paper PDF will be downloaded
The National Testing Agency provides the sample paper for NEET UG. This NEET sample paper is free to access and helps students be familiar with the exam difficulty level and pattern. To download the NTA sample paper for NEET 2026, candidates need to follow the steps given below.
Go to the official website of NTA, nta.ac.in
Click on the download button
Under the “General” section, click on the “Mock test” button
Select the exam and subject candidates want the sample paper for, and click on start mock button
The NTA NEET 2026 sample paper will appear on the screen. Candidates can practice the mock test to be familiar with the type of questions that are asked in NEET UG.
