    The State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra releases the Maharashtra NEET 2025 seat matrix for the 85% state quota seats, whereas, the MCC provides the seat matrix of 15% AIQ seats. The Maharashtra NEET seat matrix is released for both MBBS and BDS courses. Based on the Maharashtra NEET UG seat matrix provided by the state counselling authority and MCC, the MBBS and BDS seats are filled.

    As per the latest update, the MCC has released the MBBS seat matrix for NEET 2025, that also includes the seat matrix of MBBS colleges in Maharashtra. The State counselling authority of Maharashtra will soon release the BDS seat matrix to conduct the Maharashtra NEET counselling 2025. In this article, we have provided the MBBS and BDS seat matrix for both government and private colleges of Maharashtra.

    Q: Are there reservations in the Maharashtra NEET 2025 seat matrix?
    A:

    Yes, Maharashtra follows a reservation policy for state quota seats, including reservations for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, VJNT, and SEBC categories. There are also female, PwD, and defence quota seats. 

    Q: What is the seat distribution under state and all India quota in Maharashtra?
    A:

    In Maharashtra, 15% of government medical college seats are reserved under the All India Quota (AIQ) and are filled by MCC counselling. The remaining 85% fall under the state quota, which is filled by the Maharashtra CET Cell based on NEET scores and reservation rules.
