Aadhaar Card: Aadhaar is a mandatory document for NEET 2026. Candidates wishing to appear in NEET 2026 must be valid and updated before filling the application form. As per the NEET 2025 advisory by NTA, the following details in Aadhaar card must be reflected correctly.

Photograph
Address
Biometric information (wherever applicable)
UDID Card: Like Aadhaar, UDID Card must be accurate and updated for candidates applying under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category. The UDID Card is a mandatory document for candidates who want to avail the reservation benefit in the undergraduate medical entrance exam. To update the details, candidates must visit the official UDID portal and update the same.
Category Certificate: The NEET 2026 advisory on important documents include Category certificates. Candidates applying under EWS, SC, ST, and OBC - NCL categories must have valid documents and correct details mentioned in the certificates. During the registration, candidates should produce the category certificates and upload the same with the required format.

It's difficult to get a government MBBS for SC category students with 350 marks. The cut-off for a government BAMS or BHMS is also high (around 420-530+).
