    NEET 2026 Application Form: Eligibility Criteria

    The NEET 2026 application form eligibility criteria needs to be met by the candidates. The NEET eligibility criteria for application form is as follows.

    • The aspirant must be an Indian National, NRI, OCI, PIO, or Foreign National

    • Applicants must be at least 17 years old on or before December 31, 2026

    • There is no upper age limit to apply for NEET UG 2026

    • Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board

    • Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English must be compulsory subjects in Class 12

    • The minimum qualifying marks in class 12 is 50% for General category students. For SC/ ST/ OBC candidates it is 40%, whereas, PwD candidates must have scored 45% marks

    • Candidates appearing in the Class 12 examination in 2026 are also eligible to apply

    Documents Required To FIll NEET Application Form 2026

    To fill the NEET application form 2026, candidates need certain documents that need to be uploaded or used to enter the personal and academic details in the application form. The list of documents required for NEET 2026 application form are as follows -

    • Recent passport-size photograph (as per NTA specifications)

    • Postcard-size photograph (background should be white)

    • Signature of the candidate (scanned copy)

    • Left-hand thumb impression (blue ink on white paper)

    • Class 10 certificate or marksheet (for date of birth verification)

    • Valid photo ID proof, such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving Licence

    • Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), if applicable

    • PwD certificate, if claiming reservation under Persons with Disability

    • Nationality certificate (for OCI/PIO/Foreign candidates)

    • Address proof (current and permanent address details)

    • Banking/payment details for online payment of NEET 2026 application fee

    Hi! As per the NEET eligibility criteria , you must be 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission. As you will complete the age criteria, you can definitely appear for NEET 2027. Do check the other eligibility criteria and apply for the NEET 2027

    The NEET qualifying cutoff for ST category was 143-113. For ST (PWD) , the cut off marks 2025 was 126-113. As you have not mentioned the closing rank for a particular college. Here, we have provided the college wise 2025 MBBS closing rank for ST category.
