The NEET 2026 Difficulty level was balanced to be moderately difficult, with 180 questions across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Out of the total questions:
Easy questions: 68
Medium questions: 94
Difficult questions: 18
This clearly shows that the NEET 2026 exam analysis was dominated by medium-level questions, making it slightly time-consuming and requiring strong conceptual clarity.
Subject-wise observation:
Biology had the highest weightage with 90 questions, where most were of medium level (49), followed by easy (31) and difficult (10). This section was scoring but required good NCERT coverage.
Chemistry had 45 questions, with a balanced mix but slightly tilted towards medium difficulty (24). Easy questions were limited (15), and difficult ones were relatively fewer (6).
Physics emerged as the key rank-differentiating section in NEET 2026, with moderate difficulty, concept-heavy numericals, and several time-consuming questions despite a manageable overall structure.
