The National Medical Commission (NMC) will release the NEET syllabus 2026 soon. In recent years, the NEET UG syllabus underwent certain reductions and revisions. As of now, the NTA NEET syllabus 2026 has not been released by the authority. Therefore, deleted topics for NEET 2026 will only be confirmed once the syllabus is released. The NEET deleted syllabus 2026 topics will be updated here, once available.

Well, this can be answered once the NEET syllabus 2026 PDF free download is released. The deleted or added topics from the syllabus of NEET UG 2026 exam can only be confirmed once the official notification is made available. It is expected that the NEET syllabus 2026 will continue to follow the NCERT pattern however, whether the previously deleted topics will remain excluded or be reintroduced can only be known once the official document is released.

The NEET UG exam covers topics from class 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. Therefore, a thorough understanding of the syllabus and NEET chapterwise weightage is important to score good marks in the examination. As stated earlier, the NEET 2026 reduced topics will be updated here, after release. Meanwhile, candidates can check the NEET deleted topics from the previous year’s.
NEET Physics syllabus underwent certain deletions and additions in the recent years. The NEET Physics deleted syllabus 2026 including the topics which are added in the syllabus can be checked from the below table.
