The NTA activated the Re NEET OMR sheet 2026 challenge facility on the official website on July 13, 2026. Candidates could verify their scanned OMR sheets and recorded responses and submit objections, if required. The Re NEET 2026 OMR sheet challenge last date was July 15, 2026 (11 AM).
Candidates can submit objections against the Re NEET OMR sheet 2026 by paying the challenge fee. To raise an objection against the recorded OMR responses, candidates must pay Rs 200 per response challenged. The fee can be paid using the payment gateway provided at the NTA NEET 2026 official website.
If candidates find any discrepancy in the recorded responses, they can submit challenges online. To challenge the Re NEET OMR sheet 2026, candidates are required to follow the steps mentioned below.
Go to the official website: neet.nta.nic.in.
Login using NEET 2026 application number and password.
Complete the 2-Factor Authentication by entering the OTP sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.
Click on the ‘View/ Challenge OMR Sheet & Recorded Responses’ option.
Choose the response(s) you wish to challenge in the response sheet.
Pay the Re NEET OMR sheet challenge fee.
After reviewing all details, submit the objection form.
Download the acknowledegement page for future reference.
Candidates can estimate their probable score by comparing the recorded responses with the Re NEET official answer key. Students must apply the Re NEET marking scheme which is as follows:
+4 marks for every correct answer
-1 mark for every incorrect answer
0 marks for unanswered questions
Count the total number of correct answers and multiply them by 4.
Count the incorrect answers.
Deduct one mark for every incorrect response.
Do not add or deduct marks for unanswered questions.
Re NEET 2026 Estimated Score= (Correct Answers × 4) − (Incorrect Answers × 1)
After the OMR sheet challenge process is complete, the authority will review the objections raised. Based on the objections, the Re NEET 2026 final answer key will be prepared. The final answer key will form the basis of Re NEET 2026 result preparation. Qualified candidates will then be eligible to participate in the MCC and state counselling processes for admission to MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, AYUSH and other undergraduate medical programmes.
