To complete the registration for NEET 2026, the following documents are required -
Class 10th and 12th mark sheet and passing certificates
4 passport-size and postcard-size photographs
Scanned copy of signature
Left and right hand thumb and finger impressions
Valid government ID such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, etc
Category certificate (If applicable)
PwBD certificate (If applicable)
Citizenship certificate for NRI/ OCI/ Foreign candidates
