To complete the registration for NEET 2026, the following documents are required -

  • Class 10th and 12th mark sheet and passing certificates

  • 4 passport-size and postcard-size photographs

  • Scanned copy of signature

  • Left and right hand thumb and finger impressions

  • Valid government ID such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, etc

  • Category certificate (If applicable)

  • PwBD certificate (If applicable)
