MBBS is an undergraduate degree programme and the most preferred UG programme in the field of medicine and surgery. Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) is a five-year course. The paper carries a total of 720 marks, with each correct response awarded +4 marks and each incorrect response leading to a deduction of 1 mark. Conducted in pen-and-paper mode, NEET is based on the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology syllabus of Classes 11 and 12.
