NEET Counselling Allotment Letter: The allotment letter includes the allotted college and course, along with the reporting details.
NEET Admit Card: Candidates have to submit the admit card of NEET 2026 for attendance and roll number confirmation. As the invigilator signs the admit card, it proves that the candidate appeared in the exam.
NEET UG 2026 Scorecard: As the NEET result releases in scorecard format, candidates have to submit the scorecard to get the marks, rank, and other details verified.
Class 10 Certificate: It is important to upload and submit the Class 10th certificate the date of birth proof.
Class 12 Marksheet and Passing Certificate: Candidates have to upload and submit the class 12th marksheet and passing certificate to PCB eligibility and minimum marks verification.
Government Photo ID Proof: Candidates have to submit the same government photo ID proof uploaded during the NEET 2026 registration. Make sure that the name and date of birth on the photo ID proof match the details on the application form. Government photo ID proof includes an Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence or any other government-issued ID proof.
Passport-size Photographs: Candidates have to submit 4-5 recent passport sized photographs the same as uploaded while filling up the application form.
SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS Certificate (if applicable): Candidates who appeared in NEET 2026 need to submit a valid category certificate as per their selected category. If not, the seat allotment will be cancelled.
PwD Certificate (if applicable): Candidates claiming reservation under the PwD category need to submit a PwD certificate in the prescribed format issued by the authorised medical board.
Transfer Certificate (TC): Transfer Certificate confirms the completion of previous education and official transfer from the previous institution.
Domicile Certificate: The domicile certificate is basically required for the state quota counselling to prove that the candidate belongs to the state for which he/she is appearing in counselling.
Medical Fitness Certificate: Several medical colleges require students to submit a medical fitness certificate confirming they are medically fit to pursue medical education, which includes blood group and vaccination records.
