No! In NEET application, 12th marksheet is not required. Candidates do not have to upload the NEET 12th grade sheet for application of NEET 2025. Candidates who are appearing for the board examination this year and fulfil the NEET eligibility criteria, can fill the NEET application form. Such candidates have to select the qualifying exam code for NEET 2025 as 01 while filling the application form.
As per the information brochure released on the NEET official website, candidates do not have to upload 12th marksheet in NEET application form 2025. However, those who will qualify for the NEET exam, will have to provide a NEET 12th passing certificate during the counselling process.
Not required for NEET application form: Candidates do not have to upload 12th marksheet in NEET 2025 application form. Candidates who have appeared for the class 12 board examinations need to fill in their academic details in the section provided.
Required for verification: Class 12th certificate will be needed for the NEET marksheet verification during the document verification process. This will take place during the counselling and seat allotment stages.
For class 12 appearing candidates: Candidates who are appearing for class 12 board examination can apply for NEET UG 2025, selecting the 01 qualification code; however, such candidates will need to fulfill the eligibility criteria based on their 12th results later.

During NEET UG registration , candidates must enter the PCB aggregate percentage (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and not the “Best of 5” percentage.
In your case, entering 90.8% instead of 89.2% is likely a calculation mistake rather than an eligibility issue, since both are above the required cutoff
