    No! In NEET application, 12th marksheet is not required. Candidates do not have to upload the NEET 12th grade sheet for application of NEET 2025.     When is 12th board marksheet submission in NEET required?

    As per the information brochure released on the NEET official website, candidates do not have to upload 12th marksheet in NEET application form 2025. However, those who will qualify for the NEET exam, will have to provide a NEET 12th passing certificate during the counselling process.

    • Required for verification: Class 12th certificate will be needed for the NEET marksheet verification during the document verification process. This will take place during the counselling and seat allotment stages.

    • For class 12 appearing candidates: Candidates who are appearing for class 12 board examination can apply for NEET UG 2025, selecting the 01 qualification code; however, such candidates will need to fulfill the eligibility criteria based on their 12th results later.
