The NTA allows candidates to use DigiLocker to authenticate their identity for NEET 2026 registration. Candidates can upload the following documents required for NEET application form 2026.
Class 10 marksheet & certificate
Class 10 CGPA conversion/ Equivalent certificate issued by board
Aadhaar Card
Category certificate (if applicable)
PwBD certificate (if any)
EWS certificate for NEET
Candidates can upload their NEET documents 2026 during NEET application form 2026 through DigiLocker account. To upload documents successfully, aspirants are required to follow the given below steps.
First, candidates need to have the DigiLocker account and have stored all government related documents in the account.
Visit the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.
Login using the NEET application number and password
Under the documents upload section, select the option “Upload from Digilocker,” a new window will open
Enter the DigiLocker credentials
Once logged in, select the documents required for NEET 2026
The documents will be automatically uploaded to the NEET application form 2026

To upload the NEET documents 2026, aspirants must have the DigiLocker account. To create an account, candidates need to follow the given below instructions.
Visit the DigiLocker website or mobile app
Select the sign up option available on the homepage.
Enter and verify the mobile number
Enter the Aadhaar number and verify it by using OTP
Enter personal details such as name, date of birth gender and email ID
Set the security pin
Submit the form
