    Is NEET 2026 Cancelled?

    Yes the NEET 2026 exam which was conducted on May 3, 2026 for over 22.05 lakh candidates has been cancelled. The NTA on May 12 through it's notice at official website neet.nta.nic.in announced the cancellation of NEET UG 2026 exam. The exam will be reconducted again for which fresh dates for admit card and exam will be announced soon.

    Why Was the NEET 2026 Exam Cancelled?

    The NEET exam was cancelled after allegations of a paper leak and malpractice surfaced from multiple states. Following the controversy and NEET 2026 paper leak news, the Government of India ordered a CBI investigation into the matter and decided to cancel the exam. Some of the major reasons behind the cancellation are:
