राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा एजेंसी (एनटीए) द्वारा 5 मई को नीट 2024 का आयोजन किया गया। एनटीए द्वारा जारी नीट एडमिट कार्ड 2024 के अनुसार, इस साल 24 लाख से अधिक उम्मीदवारों ने परीक्षा के लिए पंजीकरण कराया है। नीट यूजी 2024 पंजीकृत छात्रों की संख्या पिछले सात वर्षों में सबसे अधिक उछाल है, जिसमें उत्तर प्रदेश और महाराष्ट्र सबसे अधिक पंजीकरण वाले शीर्ष राज्य हैं। इससे पहले, मीडिया रिपोर्टों के अनुसार पंजीकृत उम्मीदवारों में से 55% से अधिक महिलाएं थीं। पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में नीट यूजी में 3 लाख से अधिक की वृद्धि देखी गई।

If your brother gets 658 out of 720 in neet 2024, then he will be eligible to get medical seat in any prestigious medical college and akso can apply in All India quota and state quota too where he belongs .
With 658 score he may get medical seat in government college .
Now which college he will get , depends upon cut iff neet 2024. Cut off changes every tear and depends upon various factors like Number of students appeared in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off etc

You will be eligible for UP state quota if you have domicile certificate of uttar pradesh.
Being obc category student you have high chances of getting a prestigious medical college in UP .
Which college yoh will get depends upon cut off neet 2024.

658 score is really very good score.
You have great chances of getting a government seat in a good medical college .
Also you are OC category candidate , you will have that benefit too.
You haven't mentioned your state . You can get state quota seat. Now which college you will get depends upon neet cut off 2024 .
Cut off varies every year and depends upon number of factors including students appeared, seat intake, difficulty level of exam and previous years cut off .

Sorry to say but with 100 score in neet 2024 , you won't geg any medical seat as this is too low score and 100 marks are not qualifying marks.
Even with sc or ST certificate , a candidate won't get any college with 100 marks .
Qualifying marks neet 2024
For general category candudate the qualifying percentile is 50 percentile ie marks between 720 to 137
For sc/st and obc category 136 - 107
For general PH it is 136 - 121
