AIAPGET 2020 - The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) entrance exam in the last week of June 2020 in computer-based mode. NTA has released the official AIAPGET Ayurveda 2020 information brochure, with some major changes, which can be checked below. The online registration for AIAPGET 2020 is available from May 6 to June 5 up to 4:00 PM. Candidates can pay the fee for AIAPGET application form 2020 through online mode till June 5 up to 11:50 PM. Link for AIAPGET online registration has been provided on this page. Corrections in the application form can be done from June 6 to 10, 2020. Aspirants who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be eligible to register for AIAPGET 2020 exam. NTA has been provided the responsibility to conduct AIAPGET 2020 exam for admission to postgraduate AYUSH courses in India. AIAPGET exam 2020 contains questions from Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy courses taught at the undergraduate level.
Released: AIAPGET 2020 application form has been released by NTA
The registered aspirants will be eligible to download AIAPGET admit card 2020 in online mode on June 20, from ntaaiapget.nic.in. AIAPGET entrance exam will be held in LAN (Local Area Network) computer based mode for two hours. A total of 120 questions will be asked in the entrance exam containing 480 marks. NTA will release the official AIAPGET answer key and response sheet for candidates to cross-check and calculate their estimate scores. The result of AIAPGET 2020 will be announced using the answer key released by the authority. It is important to secure the minimum cutoff to qualify the exam.

AIAPGET 2020 changes - Released
- AIAPGET application fees - As per the brochure, the application fees of AIAPGET 2020 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) has been included for this year. The application fees for EWS category is Rs. 2250, while there are no changes in other category fees structure.
- Change in AIAPGET 2020 exam duration, questions & marks - Some changes has been introduced in AIAPGET 2020 paper pattern, which includes duration, maximum marks and number of questions. According to AIAPGET-2020 brochure, the exam will be held from two hours from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon, which earlier was 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The total number of questions to be asked in the exam will be 120, which earlier was 100. Also, the maximum marks for AIAPGET 2020 is 480, which was 400 in the year 2019.
- Mode of exam changes - AIAPGET exam will be conducted in LAN computer based test, in which the responses given by candidates will remain unchanged even after power cut.
- Increase in exam cities - This year, AIAPGET exam 2020 will be held in 33 exam cities. A total of eight cities have been added in AIAPGET exam centres list, which includes Agra, Kolhapur, Kottayam, Nasik, Ranchi, Roorkee, Thrissur and Vijaywada. For the last year, exam was conducted in 25 cities across India.

AIAPGET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
In order to appear for AIAPGET 2020, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria set by the authority. Aspirants can check the AIAPGET eligibility criteria 2020 listed below.
Candidates must possess a valid BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS degree from a recognized institute.
Aspirants must have completed or are likely to complete the compulsory rotating one-year internship before September 30, 2020.
Candidates must have a provisional/permanent registration certificate of BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS issued by the CCIM/ CCH/ state board, university or Deemed university.
Each candidate seeking admission in MD/MS or PG Diploma program will have to fill the application form of AIAPGET 2020 to be considered eligible for the entrance test. Before the filling AIAPGET application form candidates must read the information brochure and read the instructions to fill the form. Application form which does not comply with the instructions is liable to get rejected. The online registration form is available from May 6 to June 5, 2020. Registered candidates will be issued the AIAPGET admit card 2020. Candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria will be issued the AIAPGET admit card 2020 on June 20. Candidates whose application form has been accepted by the authority will be able to download the AIAPGET admit card through the official website of NTA as it will not be sent via post. After downloading the admit card, it is important to verify the details printed on it. In case of a discrepancy, the exam authority must be immediately contacted. The admit card of AIAPGET is a crucial document which mentions the exam date, time and venue of the exam. Aspirants will have to report at the stipulated time period as mentioned in the admit card. No candidate will be allowed to sit for the exam without AIAPGET 2020 admit card.
AIAPGET 2020 Mock Test
NTA has set up a country-wide Test practice Centre (TPC) for AIAPGET Ayurveda 2020 aspirants to give them first-hand experience of taking a computer-based test (CBT) before the exam. For this, 4000 schools, colleges with computer centres will be made available on all weekends (Saturdays/Sundays). In the course of time, more computer centres will be added. This facility has been specially put in place for the benefit of candidates who belong to remote areas of the country. Candidates will not have to pay any fee as the TPC facility is being provided without charges. The mock test of AIAPGET 2020 will consist of question papers, answer keys of the previous year which will allow candidates to practice for the entrance test. Candidates will be able to access the mock test on the official website of NTA.

AIAPGET 2020 Syllabus
Preparation for AIAPGET 2020 will be incomplete without knowing the syllabus of the entrance exam. The bulk of the questions are based on the subject and knowledge area taught at the graduate level of the respective discipline. AIAPGET 2020 Exam Guidelines
Candidates must carry the AIAPGET 2020 admit card on the day of the exam and read the important instructions printed on it.
Along with the AIAPGET admit card, candidates are required to bring one passport size photograph and a government-approved photo ID card.
Candidates must report at the exam centre at least two hours before the commencement of examination to avoid any kind of last-minute hassle and help the exam conducting staff in the proper functioning.
Carrying Instrument/ Geometry/ Pencil box, Handbag, Purse, any kind of Paper/ Stationery/ Textual material (printed or written material), Eatables and Water (loose or packed) or electronic devices in the exam centre.
Aspirants will not be allowed to enter the exam premises past 8:30 AM. Thus it is important that they reach accordingly as the registration desk will close 60 mins before the exam starts.
Upon entering the exam hall, candidates must take the assigned seat immediately. Sitting on any other seat will be considered as a case of unfair means and candidature will be cancelled.
Candidates are not allowed to leave the exam hall until the completion of AIAPGET 2020 exam duration.
Any kind of prohibited article found on the person of the aspirant will lead to disqualification from the examination.
AIAPGET 2020 Answer Key
NTA will publish the AIAPGET answer key 2020 on the official website which allows the candidate to estimate the probable score one has scored in the entrance exam. The answer key of AIAPGET 2020 will be displayed for a duration of three days wherein candidates will be able to challenge the answer key by paying an amount of Rs 1000 per challenged question. Prior to the declaration of result, the authority will also publish the record of responses given by the candidates in the exam. NTA holds the final authority on the acceptance and dismissal of questions challenged. Before publishing the result, final AIAPGET answer key will be uploaded for the candidates.
The exam conducting authority will release the AIAPGET result 2020, dates of same to be released later. The scores secured in the AIAPGET 2020 will be valid only for that particular year. The result of AIAPGET will be released in online mode. Based on the scores, NTA will prepare a combined merit list which bears the name of the candidate, father’s name, total marks, scores obtained, percentile secured, and All India Rank. A separate merit list will be published for each stream namely, Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy. Candidates will be able to download mark sheet cum rank certificate from the official website right after the declaration of result. NTA holds the sole authority in the declaration of result and there is no provision for rechecking/re-evaluation or re-totalling of the result.
AIAPGET 2020 Merit List
Along with the result, AIAPGET secretariat will also prepare a common merit list and will share it with the concerned authorities/States. Competent authorities will prepare their respective merit list in accordance with the rules applicable, regulations, reservation policy and their other criteria, for the counselling. The merit list of AIAPGET 2020 will include All India quota (Open/ other State) seats & State quota seats for AYUSH MD/MS/ PG diploma courses for admission in all AYUSH Colleges, Institutions & Universities/Deemed Universities.
AIAPGET 2020 Cutoff
AIAPGET Cutoff 2020 indicates the minimum marks which a candidate must secure in order to get admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses through AIAPGET 2020. The qualifying percentile for each category has already been released by the authority. In order to qualify AIAPGET 2020, candidates belonging to unreserved category must secure 50th percentile. For SC/SCT and OBC category candidates, the cut off percentile is 40. Candidates with benchmark disabilities will have to secure 45th percentile in order to qualify the exam. AIAPGET 2020 Counselling
The counselling for All India quota seats which includes seats in government, government-aided, private, Deemed Universities/ Central universities/ national institutes will be done by AYUSH Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC). Only those candidates who will qualify by securing the minimum required percentile will be invited to participate in the counselling of AIAPGET 2020.
For state quota seats, counselling authorities of the concerned states/UTs/Universities will conduct the counselling based on AIAPGET merit, choice of subject and fulfilment of their eligibility criteria, guidelines, domicile criteria, applicable reservation policies, etc. Each institute will invite application from interested candidates to get admission to MD/MS courses in AYUSH.

2. 85% seats.
By all india quota admission can only be taken in 15% seats, rest all 85% Seats are filled through state quota.
Suppose a college has 100 intake capacity. Then,15 admissions will be through all india quota and rest 85 admissions through state quota.
