    The NEET UG 2026 exam is expected to see the highest number of registrations in history. As per some media reports, the NEET 2026 total registrations are around 26 lakhs till March 11, 2026. This highest number of NEET 2026 registration is mainly due to merging of multiple allied health entrance exams admissions through NEET UG. The exact number of NEET 2026 total candidates registered will be released by the NTA.
