The candidates are required to secure the minimum required percentile along with duly filled application form in order to be considered eligible for admission to Jharkhand MBBS 2019. The minimum required percentile for respective categories is given below.

The Jharkhand MBBS merit list 2019 will include the names of all the candidates who are eligible to attend the process of counselling for Jharkhand MBBS 2019.
JCECEB will be publishing the Jharkhand MBBS 2019 merit list collectively for all the candidates.
No candidate will be notified individually about the release of Jharkhand MBBS merit list 2019.
The candidates will be given admission to Jharkhand MBBS 2019 on the basis of the rank mentioned in the Jharkhand MBBS merit list 2019.
The criteria for tie-breaking is used in the Jharkhand MBBS 2019 merit list, in case, two or more candidates have obtained the same marks in the NEET 2019 UG examination. The various criteria involved to resolve the clash are as follows:
For candidates with equal score, the candidates with higher marks in Biology are preferred.
If there is still a tie, candidates with higher marks in Chemistry will be given preference over others.
If the tie still persists, the candidate older in age will be considered over the younger candidates.
The candidates whose name appear in the list will be able to attend the various sessions of counselling for Jharkhand MBBS 2019. Jharkhand MBBS 2019 will be conducted tentatively in the first week of July.
Those candidates whose name will appear in the Jharkhand MBBS merit list 2019 will be invited to attend the Jharkhand MBBS counselling 2019. The counselling will be conducted in offline mode. The candidates will be required to report at the allotted centre along with the original copy relevant documents and get them verified by the counselling committee for Jharkhand MBBS admission 2019.
The cutoff score is the minimum score required to be eligible for inclusion in merit list of Jharkhand MBBS 2019. The competent authority will not be conducting an entrance exam and therefore the marks scored in NEET 2019 will be considered for Jharkhand MBBS admission 2019. The Jharkhand MBBS 2019 cutoff will be released after the completion of the counselling process. The cutoff is the last rank on which a candidate has been given admission in a particular college in respective categories. However, Jharkhand MBBS cutoff 2019 should be taken as an estimation for the seat that candidates are likely to obtain, it does not confirm admission.

To be eligible for Neet, one should pass in all tge subjects in both theory and practical and a general category student must have a aggregate of at least 50% in pcb to be eligible for Neet. So , if you have failed in theory, you are not eligible for NEET , even if your overall score is 60%.
You just need to fulfill the following criteria for NEET-
Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as an additional are also eligible to apply.
