In case of a tie between percentile scores of two candidates of same categories, the tie will be resolved and merit list will be determined, after considering following factors in the given order:
First, ‘negative marks’ of a candidate will be considered. Those who score least negative marks will be placed in higher order of merit.
In case two candidates have same negative marks, then the tie will be resolved considering ‘age’ factor. Candidates senior in age will be placed higher in the order of merit than the younger ones.
