The Madhya Pradesh Department of Medical Education (DME) has released the list of candidates who have been banned from the state’s mop-up and subsequent counselling rounds. All these candidates have already been allotted a seat in the MCC’s All India round 3 counselling. This ban follows the MCC’s notice of October 28, 2025 which directs the state counselling authorities to filter AIQ round 3 joiners from the upcoming rounds of state counselling.

MCC instructed all state counselling authorities to remove the AIQ Round-3 joined candidates before processing their upcoming state counselling rounds. This is mainly because there is no provision of seat resignation from the AIQ round 3 and hence, candidates already holding a seat in AIQ are not allotted any seat through state counselling.

The MP DME list mentions the details of 416 students who have been restricted from participating in the mop-up and further rounds of MP NEET counselling 2025. This list is prepared based on the MCC’s round 3 NEET counselling seat allotment, where these 416 students have already been allotted a seat.
The list contains candidate’s NEET UG 2025 roll number, All India score, All India rank, candidate name, father’s and mother’s names, MP domicile status, eligible category, registration round, and a remarks column marked “Debarred From MP State Counselling”. The list includes both MP domicile and non-domicile candidates across various categories who cannot participate in the mop-up and subsequent counselling rounds.
To check the list of candidates who have been removed from the state counselling and are not eligible anymore for MP NEET 2025 admission, students need to follow these steps -

This decision stops candidates from holding seats in both the All India Quota (AIQ) and MP state counselling at the same time. Several candidates who have been allotted seats in AIQ counselling often hold their seat and participate in the state counselling simultaneously in hope of a better seat in the state counselling. However, due to this several seats remain blocked and the counselling process extends further. This move intends to bring fairness for both AIQ and state counselling aspirants by preventing the unnecessary blocking of seats.
Such candidates, who have been banned from the state counselling due to AIQ Round-3 joining should note that there is no-resignation policy in the round 3. This means they are bound to join their AIQ seats and won’t be allotted any seats in the mop-up and upcoming counselling rounds, even if they try to participate in these rounds of Madhya Pradesh NEET counselling 2025.
Candidates who are going to take part in the Mop-up and upcoming future rounds of MP NEET UG counselling should verify their roll numbers with the DME list that has been published to check their eligibility for the mop-up and upcoming counselling rounds.
On Question asked by student community
Hello Student,
Some reasons your name might not be there include missing the cutoff list for a top-tier institute. Because you are from the general category, the cutoffs are higher than those for the reserved category.
Another aspect is that you have scored 95 per cent in the entrance exam
No, you cannot pursue MBBS in India, without qualifying NEET UG . You need to qualify the medical entrance exam and then appear for the NEET counselling to get an MBBS seat in India .
For Sancheti College of Physiotherapy, there are no officially fixed NEET cutoff marks. However, based on trends, students with around ~400–450 NEET marks will have the reasonable chance of getting admission through Maharashtra state counselling.
