MP MBBS Admission 2019 - The Department of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh will be conducting MP MBBS 2019 admission. Aspirants who will secure the minimum qualifying percentile in NEET UG exam will be considered for admission to MP MBBS/BDS 2019. Only the candidates who will fulfill the eligibility criteria set by the state will be called for admission to 1750 MBBS and 1164 BDS seats under 85% state quota seats in the government as well as private colleges of the state. While the remaining 15% seats from all government medical and dental colleges will reserved for the All India Quota candidates, which will be filled through NEET scores obtained by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

The application form of MP MBBS 2019 will be released in the second week of June. Only the domicile aspirants who fulfills the eligibility conditions can fill the MP MBBS/BDS 2019 application form.  The last date for online registrations of MP MBBS 2019 will be the third week of June. During the registration session, aspirants need to register themselves, create their profile, submit academic and personal details, upload the relevant documents and pay the requisite application fee.

Based on the NEET 2019 details, the authority will prepare and release the MP MBBS merit list 2019 containing the scores, state merit rank, name of students and other details. Only aspirants whose application form is accepted will be included in the merit list. Candidates included in the merit list will be called for counselling procedure. In order to participate for MP MBBS 2019 counselling, aspirants need to provide their preferences of colleges as well as courses, in which they wish to get admission. MP MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates must read the eligibility conditions before filling the application form to check whether they are eligible or not. Check the basic MP MBBS/BDS 2019 eligibility criteria from the table below.

  • For admission to MBBS/BDS colleges in Madhya Pradesh, aspirants must be a citizen of India.

  • An aspirant must be of 17 years old as on December 31, 2019.

  • The age of candidates should not be more than 25 years old as on May 5, 2019.

  • It is mandatory to be a domicile of Madhya Pradesh in order to be eligible for MP MBBS admission 2019.

  • Candidates who are the wards of Freedom Fighters, Defence Personnel/All India Government service employees serving in Madhya Pradesh, will not be eligible for domicile criteria for MP MBBS/BDS admission 2019.

  • Aspirant must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as the main subjects. Also, general candidates should have scored at least 50% aggregate, while SC/ST/OBC and PH students must have obtained minimum of 40% and 45%, respectively. 

  • The required minimum qualifying NEET UG cut off 2019 is also to be secured to be eligible for MP MBBS 2019 admission.

MP MBBS Application Form 2019

The application form of MP MBBS/BDS 2019 will be available from the second week of June. Only the domicile aspirants who will meet the eligibility criteria can register online for MP MBBS admission 2019. The window to fill the application form will be available till the third week of June 2019. While filling the application form, aspirants need to register themselves first by creating the profile. Thereafter, by entering the One Time Password (OTP) number, which will be sent to the registered mobile number, aspirants can proceed further to fill the application form. 

Candidates need to complete the following steps to fill MP MBBS application form 2019:

  • Online registration

  • Entering of personal, academic, domicile, category and other details

  • Uploading the scanned images of relevant images

  • Payment of application fee

  • Printout of confirmation page

While filling the application form, aspirants need to enter their NEET UG scores and rank details. The scanned images of relevant documents must be uploaded as per the specifications mentioned by the authority. The application fee of Rs. 1000 must be paid by all categories in online mode using credit/debit cards and net banking.

  • Class 10 mark sheet

  • Class 12 mark sheet

MP MBBS Merit List 2019

DME, Madhya Pradesh will release the MP MBBS/BDS 2019 merit list in the last week of June. Only candidates who will secure the minimum NEET cut off and submits the application form within the specified time will be included in the merit list. The state rank list will be derived on the basis of scores obtained in NEET UG 2019 exam. The merit list will display the name, state rank, category rank, All India rank, NEET roll number, gender, domicile, percentile and marks obtained by aspirants. Students included in the MP MBBS merit list 2019 will be called for counselling process as per their merit position.

MP MBBS Counselling 2019

DME, Madhya Pradesh will conduct the counselling of MP MBBS/BDS 2019 in online mode only. Only candidates who will be included in the merit list is eligible to participate for online counselling. Aspirants whose names will be mentioned in the rank list need to fill their choices of colleges and courses, in which they wish to get admission into. Based on these preferences, MP MBBS state merit rank and availability of seats, the admission to MP MBBS/BDS 2019 will be granted. The authority will conduct two rounds of MP MBBS counselling 2019 and a mop-up round.

The first round of MP MBBS/BDS counselling will commence from the last week of June 2019, and the result for round one will be announced in first week of July. Aspirants whose name will be included in the result of round one must report at the allotted institute/college for document verification and completion of admission process. After the completion of round one, aspirants need to fill the choices for second round of counselling for MP MBBS admission 2019 to fill the vacant seats left. The round two of MP MBBS/BDS counselling will begin from first week of August 2019. 

Once the first and second round will be over, if there will be any vacant seats left, then authority will conduct the mop-up round of counselling, which will be held in the third week of August 2019. All the eligible candidates who were not allotted seats in round one and two can appear for the mop-up counselling.
