As per the latest update, the authority has announced stray round MP NEET 2025 counselling seat allotment result. Allotted candidates need to report at the institutes within the provided schedule.

MP MBBS 2025 admissions are conducted for NEET qualified aspirants only. Eligible candidates need to fill out the MP MBBS application form by entering their personal, academic, NEET UG, communication details, and other requested information. In accordance with the registration, DME releases a merit list mentioning the names of eligible candidates for MBBS admission 2025 in Madhya Pradesh.
The DME conducts Madhya Pradesh MBBS counselling for 85% of state quotas in government colleges as well as 100% of seats in private colleges. The remaining 15% of seats are filled by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) through centralised NEET counselling 2025. During the counselling process, candidates need to select their courses and colleges for MP MBBS/BDS admission 2025.
The authority grants admission to MP MBBS 2025 based on the choices filled in, seat matrix, NEET rank, reservation, and other factors. Under MP MBBS/BDS 2025 admission, 4180 MBBS and 1,090 BDS will be offered in 39 colleges in the state. The admission criteria for MP MBBS 2025 admission are listed below
15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats: MP MBBS/BDS admission to 15% AIQ seats is granted on the basis of NEET 2025 rank. The candidates need to register at mcc.nic.in for MCC NEET 2025 counselling, which is followed by choice filling and seat allocation.
Central/Deemed universities: Candidates eligible for MBBS/BDS seats in central and deemed universities in the state are offered seats through NEET counselling 2025.
85% state quota seats: DME, MP is the conducting authority for MP MBBS counselling of 85% state quota seats. The counselling for MP MBBS/BDS 2025 admission is held in an online mode. MP 2025 MBBS/BDS admissions are conducted online.
Private colleges: Besides the state quota seats, the DME also conducts MP NEET 2025 for 100% seats in private colleges. MBBS admission for private colleges is conducted through MP MBBS counselling.

MP NEET UG registration needs to meet certain eligibility requirements in order to be considered for admission. Applications are only accepted from candidates who meet the MP MBBS 2025 eligibility criteria. Find out about the MP MBBS eligibility criteria 2025 below.
NEET eligibility criteria 2025: Medical aspirants must meet NEET exam eligibility requirements to apply for MP MBBS admission.
Age: As per the eligibility criteria of MP MBBS/BDS admission, candidates must be at least 17 years old as on December 31, 2025.
Academic: Students who have passed class 12 or have appeared for the final exams are eligible for MP NEET 2025 admission.
Domicile: Only aspirants who are a domicile of Madhya Pradesh are eligible for MP MBBS admission.
Wards of freedom fighters/defence personnel/all India government service employees who are serving in the state will also be eligible for admission to MP MBBS 2025.
NEET 2025 cutoff: Authority grants MP MBBS admission on the basis of candidates’ performance in NEET UG exam. Only candidates securing the NEET cut off are called for MP MBBS/BDS 2025 admission.

Authorities release the MP MBBS merit list on the official website for successfully registered candidates. According to the candidates' NEET scores, MP MBBS/BDS merit list PDF are prepared. The MP MBBS merit list includes information about the candidates' names, category, NEET 2025 roll number, and rank. The DME contacts all candidates whose names appear on the MP MBBS/BDS merit list 2025.
The authority conducts MP NEET 2025 counselling for MBBS and BDS admission based on the merit list. There are a total of 25 MBBS and 14 BDS colleges participating in MP counselling MBBS. MP MBBS/BDS counselling 2025 is conducted online in four rounds.
Candidates need to fill in their choices of courses and colleges during the MP NEET 2025 counselling session.

In MP MBBS counselling 2025, candidates need to select the colleges they wish to apply to when filling out the choices. Candidates have two options, namely a government college or a government college and a private college.
