UP MBBS Admission 2019 - Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), the conducting authority for UP MBBS/BDS 2019 admission has released revised mop-up schedule for private colleges on August 21. Check the table below. DMET had released merit list for mop-up round on August 20, link for which is given below. The authority had released schedule and instructions for mop-up round of counselling on August 9. Refer to the link below for the same. The authority had released important instructions regarding round 2 of counselling on August 7. A link to go through the same is given below. DMET had released fresh result for counselling round 2 on August 5. A link to view the result is given below. The authority had withdrawn second round seat allotment result on August 4. A link to the official notification is given below. The authority released the seat allotment for second round of counselling on August 2. DMET released an official notification regarding choice filling for round of counselling on July 30. A link for the same is given below. The council had released the counselling schedule for round two on July 20. The detailed dates are mentioned in the table below. The application process begins from July 22, 2019. A link to fill application form is given below. The authority had cancelled the schedule for round 2 counselling. A link to view the official notification is given below. The authority had mentioned that it will release a fresh schedule for UP MBBS counselling 2019 shortly. DMET will release the merit list of UP MBBS 2019 tentatively on July 24. Aspirants who have secured the minimum qualifying percentile and its corresponding marks in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) are eligible for admission to UP MBBS 2019. Only the candidates who will fulfill the basic eligibility conditions will be called for admission to around 5565 MBBS and 2,251 BDS seats under 85% state quota seats offered by government as well as private colleges of Uttar Pradesh. While, from the government medical colleges, the 15% seats will be reserved for students selected under All India Quota scheme. These seats will be filled by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on the basis of NEET UGscores.

The application form of UP MBBS/BDS 2019 was made available on July 22. Candidates needs to register themselves for each round of counselling. Based on the NEET MBBS 2019 details, DMET, UP will prepare and release the merit list of UP MBBS/BDS 2019, which will contain name of candidates, scores and All India Rank, NEET percentiles and UP MBBS state merit rank. After the release of the state merit list, the eligible aspirants will be called for UP MBBS 2019 counselling, on the basis of their merit position. UP MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2019

The eligibility criteria of UP MBBS 2019 must be read by aspirants in order to check whether they are eligible or not. Given below are some of the basic UP MBBS/BDS eligibility criteria which must be fulfilled by candidates.

  • Candidates must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh for which they have to fulfill the following criteria for UP MBBS admission 2019:

  1. The citizen of India whose father’s resident/origin is fo Uttar Pradesh and aspirants must is also a resident of UP.

  2. Indian citizen or their parents should be a resident of the state for not less than three years.

  3. Indian citizen who is a child of an Indian Government employee.

  4. Candidates who are residing in a foreign country but their forefathers were a domicile of the state.

  • Students who have complete their Class 10 and 12 from the state do not need to be the resident of UP.

  • Aspirants must register themselves for the admission to MBBS and BDS colleges of Uttar Pradesh.

  • Candidates who have complete their Class 10 and Class 12 from the state must furnish their parent’s permanent resident located in the state.

  • An applicant must have complete their Class 10 and 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

  • They must obtain at least 50% taken together in Chemistry, Physics and Biology in Class 12 or equivalent examination, if they belong to unreserved category. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, 40% must be secured by them in their Higher Secondary school, while for PH category students it should be 45%.

  • It is mandatory for aspirants to appear and qualify the national medical entrance exam by securing the minimum qualifying NEET UG cut off 2019 percentile as specified by the authority.

UP MBBS Application Form 2019

The filling of application form of UP MBBS/BDS 2019 for round 2 is closed. Aspirants who are willing for admission to UP MBBS 2019 must fill the UP MBBS 2019 application form. The mode of submission of application form will be online mode only. During UP MBBS online registration 2019, candidates need to enter their basic details such as name, date of birth, address, father’s name, domicile, category, details of examination passed and other information.

The UP MBBS application form can be filled in the following steps:

  • Online registration

  • Uploading of documents

  • Payment of application fee

  • Submission of application form

Once the registration process will be over, the relevant documents must be uploaded. The uploading of documents must be done as per the specifications set by the authority. Thereafter, the application fee of Rs. 2000 must be paid by the candidates which is not refundable.

After completing all the steps of UP MBBS/BDS 2019 application form, aspirants need to verify the details and submit the form. They must take at least three to four printouts of the submitted application form for future references.

Following are the list of documents which must be produced at the time of document verification. Candidates must produce the original and set of photocopy of these documents.

  • Caste certificate

UP MBBS Merit List 2019

DMET, UP will release the state merit of UP MBBS 2019 list . A link to check the merit list will be provided here. The authority had announced the state merit list of first round of counselling on June 25. UP MBBS merit is released in online mode. Candidates who submit the application form on or before the the last date are included in the merit list. The merit list will contain names of eligible aspirants, NEET rank as well as scores, category, percentile secured in NEET MBBS and state merit rank.

UP MBBS Counselling 2019

DMET, Uttar Pradesh will conduct two rounds of counselling of UP MBBS 2019 for seat allotment process. Candidates included in the merit list will be called for counselling process. During the counselling procedure, candidates will be required to provide their choices of colleges as well as courses. On the basis of these choices filled, the UP MBBS seat allotment process will be done.

The second round of UP MBBS 2019 schedule had been released on July 12 and the filling of application forms began from July 15 to 18. Merit list was released by DMET on July 24. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list will have to go for document verification in the allotted time. The second round of UP MBBS/BDS 20190 counselling is being organised to fill in the seats left vacant after the first round.

Yes , of course you are eligible for neet with 60% in pcb aggregate in your improvement exam as to be eligible for Neet, a general category candidate needs 50% aggregate in pcb, while it is only 40 % for sc, obc and st category. So , with your 60% aggregate in pcb you are eligible for neet and you will not face any problem. Work hard and prepare well for neet and clear it with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor. Good luck

Please confirm if NEET 2020 is the entrance exam for applying for JIPMER and AIIMS for 2020. Has separate entrance for these 2 institutions been scrapped?

Greetings!

Yes , now there will be no separate exams for AIIMS ug and Jipmer ug, these exams have been scrapped off , now these exams have been included in neet and now from 2020 , admission to all the medical colleges of India including all the aiims and Jipmer will be basis of the marks obtained by students in neet. So , now neet is the only gateway to all all medical colleges of India,  so you need to prepare well for it. Good luck

Dear Muskan, There is Management Quota and Institutional Quota for AMU College. The cut offs for 2018 are as follows:

This is 2018 data and 2019 cut offs haven't been released yet. Cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.

i am an refund eligible candidate in neet ss 2019.. i got no seats against my given options in dm..still i am not getting back my security deposit of rs 2 lakh..even after the refund process was completed...what to do next? i ve contacted already to the given phone numbers in mcc site .

Dear Kaushik, MCI has released a list of Candidates who are eligible for refund of the security deposit after NEET Counselling. There is a separate list for Candidates who made their payments through Net Banking and there is a separate list for Candidates who made their payments through Card. You can check the list at: https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/ . To the right of this page, you will see a heading called News/Events. You can see the information there.  This has been released as on September 27th, 2019. Please visit the website and check the list under the pdf file through the mode you made the payment. Or you can also reach out to the Financial Custodian. The Financial Custodian can be contacted through mail “[email protected]”. The Financial custodian will respond only to the mails through mail id registered in the application form.
