    The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the NEET refund portal last date till June 22, 2026. Earlier, the last date to apply for the refund was May 27, 2026. More than 13 lakh students have already submitted requests on the NTA refund portal NEET 2026 and are now waiting to know when the refund amount will be credited.

    When Will NEET Refund Money Come?

    Most candidates may receive the NEET 2026 registration fee refund in July 2026, although the exact timeline can vary depending on the bank and payment method. Candidates asking “When will NEET refund money come?” should note that refunds are usually processed after the verification process is completed.     NEET Refund Portal Last Date Extended

    The NTA has officially extended the NEET refund portal last date till June 22, 2026. Candidates who have not yet applied should complete the process before the deadline.

    Why Was the Last Date Extended?

    The deadline to apply for NEET UG 2026 refund is mainly extended due to a large number of pending applications. As of now only 13 lakh students have applied for refund, which means around 10 lakh students are yet to apply for the refund.

    Yes, attempts are generally counted only when you actually appear for the exam and your paper gets evaluated. If you skip the re-exam/attempt and do not appear, it normally does not count as an extra attempt.
