    The authorities have clarified that candidates appearing for the NEET UG 2026 re-exam are not required to pay any extra examination fee. the authority has extended the NEET 2026 registration fee refund link till July 31, 2026. Candidates can correct or update their bank account details by accessing the portal from the official website. To facilitate this process, an online module for submitting bank account details was provided on May 22, 2026.     When Will NTA Refund Money For NEET 2026?

    The NTA opened the NEET 2026 examination fee refund portal on May 22, 2026 where candidates have to submit their bank account details. The NEET 2026 fee refund will be credited to the same account whose details are provided by the candidates. The authority will not be responsible if the NEET 2026 fee refund is not credited. Therefore, candidates must provide correct account details on the NEET 2026 refund date.

    NEET 2026 Examination Fee Refund: What Does the Refund Module Mean?

    In the latest announcements, the NTA has announced to open the refund module on the NEET refund amount 2026 date. The ‘refund module’ refers to an online system where candidates will be able to submit their bank account information for receiving the refunded examination fee. Once the module becomes active, candidates will have to enter details such as:

    • Bank account holder name

    • Account number

    • IFSC code

    • Bank name

    • Branch details

    The refund amount will then be transferred directly to the submitted bank account after verification.

    NEET 2026 Fee Refund Process

    Candidates who earlier paid fee while filling the NEET 2026 application form, are eligible for the NEET UG 2026 re-exam refund. On the NEET 2026 fee refund date, candidates must provide the correct bank account details in which they want their refund to be credited. The authority will not be responsible further if the amount is not credited.
