AIIMS PG Counselling 2019 – All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, is the authority responsible for counselling of AIIMS PG 2019 July session. The competent authority has released the rank wise list of candidates who have applied to participate in the open round of AIIMS PG counselling. Separate list for different categories has been released for MD/MS and MDS course. A link to check the same has been provided below in the article. To fill the vacant seats left the authority will conduct the open round of AIIMS PG 2019 counselling on August 22 at 8:30 AM in the Jawaharlal Auditorium, AIIMS, Delhi. The authority has published the result of the third round of AIIMS PG counselling on August 6. Earlier, the result of the second round of AIIMS PG counselling was declared on July 20. Along with the result, the authority has also published the cutoff rank for the second round. Candidates who have qualified in the AIIMS PG 2019 exam by securing 50th percentile can participate for AIIMS PG 2019 counselling process. Candidates who had not registered for the mock round had to register afresh for the first round of counselling from 11:00 AM of July 1 to 5:00 PM on July 2, 2019. A total of 3316 MD/MS and 89 MDS candidates can register themselves for counselling using their required login credentials - registration ID, RUC, password and captcha code. The counselling will be conducted in three rounds including a mop-up round. AIIMS, New Delhi is conducting AIIMS PG counselling 2019 in online mode. During the AIIMS PG 2019 counselling, the eligible aspirants must provide their preferences of colleges as well as specialities in which they want to get admission. Based on these choices filled, AIIMS PG All India Rank (AIR), seat availability, reservation criteria and other factors, the authority will grant admission to MD/MS and MDS courses. Once the seat will be allotted, the shortlisted candidate must report at the respective institute for verification and completion of the admission process.

AIIMS PG result 2019 was announced on June 19, in the form of merit list. Candidates included in the merit list are eligible to participate in the AIIMS PG counselling 2019. AIIMS PG Counselling 2019 – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have qualified AIIMS PG 2019 are eligible to participate in the counselling process. To qualify the AIIMS PG 2019 entrance exam, aspirants must secure the minimum required percentile which is 50th percentile for all categories. Note that merely qualifying the exam does not guarantee the invitation for AIIMS PG counselling. However, all the candidates who will qualify the exam will be called for the open round of counselling.

AIIMS PG mock counselling 2019
The result of AIIMS PG 2019 was announced on June 29, for all the candidates who qualified in the AIIMS PG 2019 July session exam. Aspirants who have been included in the mock seat allotment result must note that the mock counselling is just to provide an idea to the candidates about the admission to be granted. AIIMS PG Counselling 2019 – Step-wise Procedure
Step 1- Registration
In order to participate in AIIMS PG counselling 2019, eligible candidates are asked to register the counselling process. Only those candidates whose name are included in the two merit lists of AIIMS PG will be eligible to participate in AIIMS PG 2019 counselling. These candidates are required to login to their ‘MyPage’ portal using their login credentials (Candidate ID and Password). The link to ‘MyPage’ will be made available as and when the counselling for AIIMS PG 2019 starts. After logging in the counselling link will be activated for those candidates who are eligible to participate. The link will redirect candidates to the online AIIMS PG counselling portal. Now, candidates will be asked to register for AIIMS PG online counselling and create a new password. After successful registration for counselling for AIIMS PG 2019 is complete, candidates will be able to login to AIIMS PG counselling portal using the newly created password.
Step 2- Making Choice Preferences
In this step, candidates will be required to exercise their choice preferences. To submit your choices, login to the online AIIMS PG 2019 counselling portal with the new password and click on ‘Make Choices’ tab. Now, add your preferences by clicking on the ‘Add Choice’ button. Candidates can choose the list of institutes and subject-specialities. In order to remove a choice, candidates can click on ‘Delete’ button. To save a choice, click on the ‘Save’ button and the saved choices can be rearranged by simply dragging them. The choices can be added/deleted/reordered as many times as per the choice of candidates until they click on the ‘Submit and Lock’ button.
Step 3- Submitting and Locking Choices
After saving the final choices, it is advisable to click on ‘Submit and Lock Choices’ to proceed with AIIMS PG counselling process. To lock the choices, candidates will be required to tick the checkbox which says ‘I accept the declaration’. There cannot be any changes made after locking the choices, therefore, candidates must ensure that the choices locked by them are final. If in case, candidates are unable to lock their choices for the counselling for AIIMS PG 2019, then the choices will be saved automatically after the counselling process is over.
Step 4- Viewing and Printing the Choices
The choices submitted by the candidates can be viewed by them by clicking on ‘View Choices’ button. It is advisable to take a printout of the choices locked in the AIIMS PG counselling process for future reference.
AIIMS PG Seat Allotment 2019
After the submission of choices, AIIMS New Delhi will be releasing the seat allotment list of each round. The seat allotment list will indicate the name of the candidates, Roll No., and the AIIMS Institute allotted to them. AIIMS PG 2019 seat allotment list will be only made available in online mode. Candidates who will be allotted a seat will be required to download the offer letter.
What after AIIMS PG Seat Allotment 2019?
After the conclusion of each round of AIIMS PG counselling 2019, candidates will be asked to choose one option out of four which are given below. In order to choose an option, candidates need to logging to the AIIMS PG 2019 counselling online portal which can be accessed from ‘My Page’ account from the link given above. Candidates who will be allotted a seat in any of the rounds of counselling to retain their seat or to give their consent of continuing in the AIIMS PG counselling process.
OPTION 1: Choose this if one wishes to 'ACCEPT THE ALLOTTED SEAT' and 'DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE' in the further rounds of counselling.
OPTION 2: Choose this to 'ACCEPT THE ALLOTTED SEAT' and 'WANT TO PARTICIPATE’ in the next round of AIIMS PG 2019 counselling.
OPTION 3: Choose this to 'DECLINE/REFUSE THE ALLOTTED SEAT' and 'DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE’ in the subsequent round of AIIMS PG counselling 2019
OPTION 4: Choose this if you wish to 'DECLINE/REFUSE THE ALLOTTED SEAT' and 'WANT TO PARTICIPATE’ in the next round of counselling.
AIIMS PG Seat Allotment 2019 - Documents Required
After the seat is allocated, candidates need to report to the allotted AIIMS Institute with the original documents and a demand draft of INR 3,00,000. Pay scale at AIIMS New Delhi is highest in India
As per the last year,
1.junior residents (perusing PG) get 90,000 per month their tenure is for 3 years
2. Senior resident who have completed PG get 105,000per month their tenure is for 3 years
3. Pool officer ( who have completed pg and senior residency) get 80000 per month they are appointed for research as well as clinical work
4. Consultant ad hoc basis and fellows 135000 per month for 2 years ,if they turn in to permanent consultant they continue on same salary .
5. Additional prof and prof are senior most they get 250000 and 350000 per month respectively

As per the lastest orders given by the central government, there will be no AIIMS or JIPMER examinations conducted from 2020, only NEET is considered as the common medical examination conducted throughout the country for the allocation of Medical seats. Dear Amit, AIIMS PG eligiblity criteria states that to be eligible for AIIMS PG, Candidates should have scored a minimum aggregate of 55% in MBBS. It is 55% for General and OBC Categories and 50% for SC and ST Categories. Now it is irrelevant whether you have appeared for any subject twice or more. What matters is the total aggregate.
