Go to the official NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in.
On the homepage, look for a link labelled “FINAL ANSWER KEY FOR NEET (UG) – 2025 EXAM HELD ON 04.05.2025” or similar. This is generally provided under the candidate activity window.
Click the link to open the final answer key, which is provided in PDF format. The PDF will list the question numbers and corresponding correct answers for all question paper codes of NEET 2025 (45, 46, 47, and 48).
Unlike the provisional answer key, the NEET final answer key does not require login credentials (application number, password, or security code). It is publicly accessible to all candidates.

After completing Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Pathology, you can appear again for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate if you have a valid MBBS degree and registration with the National Medical Commission.
