    While filling the neet.nta.nic.in application form 2026, candidates are required to authenticate their identity using Aadhar-based verification.     • Incorrect date of birth: If the date of birth filled during registration does not match with the one mentioned in the Aadhaar card, it will again create problems during NEET 2026 form filling. Therefore, candidates must ensure that the date of birth matches in both aspects.
