Step 1: NEET 2026 registration

  • Go to the NEET official website: neet.nta.nic.in.

  • Click on the ‘NEET 2026 Registration Link’ on the homepage.

  • Click on the ‘New Registration’ as shown in the image below.

  • Read the instructions carefully and click on ‘Click here to proceed’.

  • Enter personal details, present address, communication details and permanent address.

  • Choose a strong password and enter the captcha code.

  • Review the filled details and click on ‘Submit’.

  • An OTP is sent to the entered mobile number.

  • Enter the OTP on the provided space and click on ‘Verify’.

  • NEET application number and password are generated which appears on the screen and are also sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.

Step 4: Reviewing the filled details

  • Before final submission, a duly filled NEET 2026 application form is displayed on the screen.

  • Candidates have to review all the filled details in the NEET application form carefully and make changes (if required).

  • If no changes are to be made, candidates have to authenticate the registered email ID by entering the OTP sent to the filled email address.

  • Lastly, candidates have to click on ‘Final Submission’.
