Step 1: NEET 2026 registration
Go to the NEET official website: neet.nta.nic.in.
Click on the ‘NEET 2026 Registration Link’ on the homepage.
Click on the ‘New Registration’ as shown in the image below.
Read the instructions carefully and click on ‘Click here to proceed’.
Enter personal details, present address, communication details and permanent address.
Choose a strong password and enter the captcha code.
Review the filled details and click on ‘Submit’.
An OTP is sent to the entered mobile number.
Enter the OTP on the provided space and click on ‘Verify’.
NEET application number and password are generated which appears on the screen and are also sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.

Candidates can either click on the ‘Fill NEET Application Form’ and proceed or can logout and fill the application form later.

Candidates have to select any three NEET 2026 exam centre (as per the entered address). Also candidates have to select the medium of NEET 2026 question paper.
