• Age: Students must have attained a minimum of 17 years of age as of December 31, 2025, to apply for Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS admission.

• Subjects studied: Students must score a minimum of 50% marks (UR category) in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined in class 12 examinations. Applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC and PH categories require 40% and 45% marks respectively.

Step 1: Tamil Nadu NEET UG registration

• Enter personal details such as name, DOB, gender, and category
• Enter contact details including mobile number and email ID
• Create a password and register
• An OTP is sent on the registered mobile number for verification
• Enter the OTP and complete Tamil Nadu NEET 2025 registration
• Login id and password is sent to the email address

Step 2: Fill in personal details in Tamil Nadu MBBS application form

• Login using the user ID and password generated during Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS 2025 registration
• Fill details such as parent details, community code, NEET application number 2025, NEET UG roll number, and permanent and correspondence address

Step 3: Payment of Tamil Nadu MBBS 2025 application fee

• The fee of Tamil Nadu MBBS application form can be paid in online mode via debit/credit card and net banking.
• Candidates applying under the government quota will have to pay the Tamil Nadu NEET application form fee of Rs 500, while for management/NRI quota seats students will have to pay Rs 1000.
• Candidates applying under special category will have to pay an additional fee of Rs 100 via bank payment portal or Demand Draft in favour of The Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai - 6000010, payable at Chennai

• Enter class 10, 11, and 12 academic details such as qualifying exam, name of school/board, number of attempts, year of passing, marks secured, and other details
• Enter NEET 2025 details such as NEET UG roll number, application number, marks scored, and number of attempts

Step 5: Upload images in Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS 2025 application form
