Only the NEET exam qualified students are eligible to fill out the Tamil Nadu MBBS application form 2025. Applicants need to enter their personal, academic, and NEET 2025 details and upload the required documents in the Tamil Nadu MBBS application form. Students are required to pay an application fee of Rs 500 (Except SC, SCA, and ST) for Govt. Quota and Rs 1000 for Management quota while submitting the TN NEET 2025 application form.

Only candidates who satisfy the Tamil Nadu NEET 2025 eligibility criteria are eligible to fill out the online application form. Check the eligibility criteria to fill out the Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS application form 2025 below.
Age: Students must have attained a minimum of 17 years of age as of December 31, 2025, to apply for Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS admission.
Academic qualification: Only candidates who have either appeared in the final exams of class 12 or have qualified class 12 are eligible to fill the Tamil Nadu NEET 2025 application form.
Subjects studied: Students must score a minimum of 50% marks (UR category) in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined in class 12 examinations. Applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC and PH categories require 40% and 45% marks respectively.
Domicile: Tamil Nadu MBBS application form 2025 of only Tamil Nadu domicile candidates are accepted by authorities. NRI or Persons of Indian origin (PIO) can apply for management and NRI quota seats in Tamil Nadu MBBS admission.

Tamil Nadu MBBS application form 2025 for Special category
Along with the Tamil Nadu MBBS 2025 application form, candidates applying under a special category are required to fill an additional special category form. The authority release the special category form for Tamil Nadu NEET admission 2025 in the information brochure. Special categories include children of ex-servicemen, sports quota and persons with benchmark disabilities.
How to fill Tamil Nadu NEET application form 2025?
The application form of Tamil Nadu MBBS 2025 can be filled in seven steps. While filling the Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS application form students have to register and fill the asked details, upload photograph and signature, and pay the required application fee. Candidates must ensure that they enter all the details correctly, as Tamil Nadu MBBS 2025 application form with incomplete or incorrect details is not accepted. Step 1: Tamil Nadu NEET UG registration
- Click on the ‘Fill Tamil Nadu MBBS 2025 application form’ link which is provided above
- Enter personal details such as name, DOB, gender, and category
- Enter contact details including mobile number and email ID
- Create a password and register
- An OTP is sent on the registered mobile number for verification
- Enter the OTP and complete Tamil Nadu NEET 2025 registration
- Login id and password is sent to the email address
Step 2: Fill in personal details in Tamil Nadu MBBS application form
- Login using the user ID and password generated during Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS 2025 registration
- Fill details such as parent details, community code, NEET application number 2025, NEET UG roll number, and permanent and correspondence address
Step 3: Payment of Tamil Nadu MBBS 2025 application fee
- The fee of Tamil Nadu MBBS application form can be paid in online mode via debit/credit card and net banking.
- Candidates applying under the government quota will have to pay the Tamil Nadu NEET application form fee of Rs 500, while for management/NRI quota seats students will have to pay Rs 1000.
- Candidates applying under special category will have to pay an additional fee of Rs 100 via bank payment portal or Demand Draft in favour of The Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai - 6000010, payable at Chennai
Step 4: Fill academic and NEET 2025 details
- Enter class 10, 11, and 12 academic details such as qualifying exam, name of school/board, number of attempts, year of passing, marks secured, and other details
- Enter NEET 2025 details such as NEET UG roll number, application number, marks scored, and number of attempts
Step 5: Upload images in Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS 2025 application form
Candidates will have to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature in the Tamil Nadu MBBS 2025 application form. The documents in the application form of Tamil Nadu MBBS 2025 must be uploaded as per the format specified by the authorities.
