• Enter personal details such as name, DOB, gender, and category

• Enter contact details including mobile number and email ID

• Create a password and register

• An OTP is sent on the registered mobile number for verification

• Enter the OTP and complete Tamil Nadu NEET 2026 registration

• Login id and password is sent to the email address

Step 2: Fill in personal details in Tamil Nadu MBBS application form

• Login using the user ID and password generated during Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS 2026 registration

• Fill details such as parent details, community code, NEET application number 2026, NEET UG roll number, and permanent and correspondence address

• Enter class 10, 11, and 12 academic details such as qualifying exam, name of school/board, number of attempts, year of passing, marks secured, and other details

• Enter NEET details such as NEET UG roll number, application number, marks scored, and number of attempts

Step 5: Upload images in Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS 2026 application form
